1_VALIDATION

An order is validated once payment has been accepted. By Laura Creative Studio reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already is in conflict with the company or if By Laura Creative Studio considers that the Customer carries a risk of non-payment. Therefore, additional information will be requested if necessary, such as identification or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 5 days of the order, the order will be canceled. Orders received are honored only while stocks last, if applicable.

2_PREPARATION & SHIPPING

Once the order is validated, the file is sent for printing. All posters are printed and certified on-demand to ensure a high quality product and avoid loss. Preparing the order requires between 3 to 6 days. Once received, the product is carefully packaged by the Studio in a flat cardboard box or in a resistant shipping tube depending on the poster size. Shipping costs include packaging and delivery. After shipping the order a confirmation email will be sent.

 

3_COLISSIMO & MONDIAL RELAY

All packages are shipped from France by Colissimo or Mondial Relay  with tracking numbers to allow better traceability. The delivery time varies between 2 to 7 days depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination. By Laura Creative Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or any other situation resulting in an unusual delivery time emanating from the transport company, particularly during holidays or statutory holidays. Also, it is important to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete.

In the event of an addressing error, your package will be returned to the Studio and the order refunded. (Initial shipping costs will not be refunded).

By Laura Creative Studio cannot be held responsible in the event of a non-received order.

Finally, please note that import taxes vary by country and the order cost may be subject to this fluctuation. As a result, additional costs, beyond the control of the Studio, could be added to the amount of the order.​ ​

 

*Reminder*, in addition of the shipping companies's delivery timeframe is added the processing time of your order (3 to 6 working days maximum). Also, shipping orders may take a little longer during peak periods, such as holidays, statutory holidays or the arrival of new products.

5_RETURNS

Although all the store's products, which are posters and postcards, are printed and certified on demand, the Customer has a 14 days period from the date of receiving the order to return it. For any returns, it is important to send an email to By Laura Creative Studio. For the proper processing of your request, please specify in the email : the order number, the returned product, the reason for the return as well as a refund request. Returns are the Customer's responsibility.

 

Conditions of eligibility for a refund

The product for which the Customer requests a return must be carefully packaged in its original packaging, intact and unused. Returned product must be returned with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, the Studio will not accept any return. With the exception of a manufacturing defect noted, once the product has been used, the Studio will not accept any return.

If the item is refused by the Studio, it will be returned to the Customer at By Laura Creative Studio's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.

 

Conditions of ineligibility for a refund

- any product purchased on sale

- any limited edition product

- any item not in its original packaging

- any product used and/or damaged

6_REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and checked, the Customer will receive an email regarding the progress of the request. If the return is approved then the refund will only be applied to the original payment method with a deduction for the return shipping costs. Additionally, shipping costs related to the original order are not refunded.

 

7_INFORMATIONS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES​

Printing

It is important to understand that there are variations between different computer monitors due to individual settings. In addition, the colorimetric rendering of products on screen (RGB) always differs from the printed result (CMYK). However, the Studio strives to obtain accurate and high-quality printing. The paper used, ARCHES® 88, has received FSC certified and other EPV certified accreditations.

Payment and Information

The Studio chose Stripe as its secure banking transaction company. Before confirming an order, it is important to ensure that the payment method is valid, as well as the complete and up-to-date postal address. Otherwise, the order may result in delays or may be subject to cancellation.

Delays

Finally, By Laura Creative Studio cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Whether in production or delivery, delays are always possible. This is why the Studio thanks the Customer for their kindness and understanding and undertakes to keep them informed of any major changes.​
